Founder, Carl Hemming
Sought after Property Expert Carl Hemming is the driving force behind ginger.
After 20 plus years’ buying, selling and investing in property throughout the UK in the family business, he’s seen it all and learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. Frustrated with the industry, and observing the gaps first hand as a customer, Carl set about to create a new estate agency. The brief was to build a modern brand that moves with the times, focusing on online marketing, social media marketing and employing an experienced team. A modern business built around traditional values of honesty, hard-work and genuine customer service.

The visuals and coverage of property marketing is super-important. However, the human side is paramount to getting the whole job done properly. Experience is everything. Our team of professional, knowledgeable and highly-experienced property experts drive the marketing and sales process through to the right conclusion. Ginger are proud of the people who work with us. We’re a friendly bunch, real people’s people, hardworking and have an amazing skills set; from visual marketing, customer services, sales, negotiating through to sales progression. We understand the industry, the people, processes and the issues.
Carl Hemming
DIRECTOR
As the business has grown over since 2015, Carl has built an amazing team around him to share the same work ethics, experience and deliver a fantastic service to our clients.
Carl’s role outside of the daily running of the business, is carrying out the appraisal meetings, offering clients advise on the best way to market their home, discussing values and moulding a bespoke marketing service around the client’s property and their moving plans. Carl also makes a mean cup of tea, although the team would like the the frequency to be increased.
Martyn Pryce
BRANCH MANAGER & CREATIVE DESIGNER
Martyn has been with Ginger since conception in 2015. He previously spent six years with Apple Retail in an operational role and holds a degree in photography as well as a graphic design background.
Martyn is equipped to make sure your property shines above the competition! Martyn loves to hate running and is always after Netflix recommendations!
Anne Thongsab
SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR
Anne has great experience working with local, reputable, indpendent estate agents. Anne enjoys her time at Ginger meeting new customer and connecting them with the right property.
Ever since Anne joined the Ginger team in the Summer of 2020, she has excelled with her ability to sell our wonderful homes! You’ll see Anne at the local Yoga group or walking the stunning countryside between Balsall Common and Hampton-In-Arden
Damian Kirsch

Damian is a well known face with a wealth of knowledge in the local area. He brings a remarkable sales background to the Ginger brand and offers a variety of expertise.
A family man at heart with three children to keep him busy outside of work, Damian is also community focused and supports local teams and events throughout the year.
Harvey Hawkins
Sales progression
Harvey is a career estate agent after entering the industry straight from school and learning all parts of the job from an early working age. Now with over a decade of experience Harvey looks after the sales progression side of the process dealing solicitors and third parties within the chain to ensure your transaction is smooth and stress-free.
Outside of work, Harvey is a Coventry City season ticket holder (but don’t hold that against him!) and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dyane Holme

Dyane has spent most of her career in the property industry specialising in new homes and re-sale. Having an extensive experience and a hearty approach Dyane caters to prospective buyers needs with a friendly approach.
A northern lass that enjoys a fun approach to selling homes means your buyers are put at ease.
Michelle Broadbent
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Michelle has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Joining Ginger in June 2021, Michelle keeps us all organised and takes good care of our customers. Supporting potential buyers arranging their viewings, dealing with our enquiries, keeping check on the diary and ensuring we’re tip top with our filing, processes and making sure our office functions like clock work. Michelle loves a cheeky giggle and battles with Baxter’s snout seeking out her lunch.
Baxter
BONE HIDER
Baxter is our handsome trusty office dog. Most of the time he likes to pinch slippers and run to the bottom of the garden! But when he isn’t up to adorable mischief he loves to snuggle in his basket under the office desk and while away the hours daydreaming of his favourite treats and his next, he doesn’t enjoy the company of other dogs. Feel free to come say hello if you see him on his local walk but please keep dogs at bay.
