OWNERS COMMENTS I will be really sad to leave 18 Marigold Road. It has been the perfect home for me, helping me get my foot on the property ladder in an affordable way whilst enjoying one of the best locations in Stratford Upon Avon.
There is a small cut-through walkway which leads straight into the park and river which is amazing to be able stroll into in the summer (especially appreciated when seeing everyone else struggling to park!). Internally, having such an open plan living and kitchen area has been brilliant and makes it the perfect place to entertain with dinner parties etc and being detached, you never have to worry how loud your music is! All in all this has been a brilliant first home and has provided a great springboard for me to move up the property ladder.
