Number 55 has been a lovely family home for our family of six. We have enjoyed the luxury of all having our own space as well as plenty of room for family occasions or a quick catch up over a bite to eat in between work, school and down time activities. No bathroom issues is an added bonus.


In good weather days the lounge doors can be thrown open to let the outside in and on not so good days it's warm and cosy inside. The surrounding area is quiet and shops are an easy walk for any willing family member to pop to the shops for bits and bobs. 


Balsall Common now has a Costa coffee shop for a treat. Our home is a warm friendly happy place to bring up a family, we will leave with many lovely memories. Mr & Mrs. E.
