With 20 years' experience property developing, Carl understands the importance of presentation and marketing when it comes to achieving a premium price for property.

 

Carl’s big idea was to create a boutique style consultancy service, deeply personal in nature, working with like minded premium brands and making high frequency contact with every party involved in the process. 1. Getting your property live

 

Our property consultant will carry out a well-researched property appraisal, recommend the right selling package and tailor an appropriate marketing strategy. 

 

Our home-stylist photographer will capture beautiful lifestyle photos, we will create 3D floorplans, video production and all the wonderful selling tools we use to make your home stand above the rest.

 

We invite you to ginger HQ to view all these details for your final approval before we go live. Of course whilst enjoying a coffee.

 

We have a launch process, where our stratergy is implemented initially on social media and to our potential buyers on our database to ensure we maximize the marketing techniques.

 

We then erect 'for sale' signage, launch property to Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and  promoted on our social media network.

3. Offer Negotiation

 

All our potential buyers are qualified, ensuring their funds are in place and proceed-able. We carry out legal checks to validate buyers and check out the chain to make sure every link is solid.

 

Our team provide guidance through negotiations, making sure the buyer is right for you. Once an offer is agreed, we set up sales memos and set the legal teams to work.

 

Where a buyer may need legal / finacial services we will try to guide them to our partner network to ensure maximum control and a smooth journey.

2. Viewings and feedback

 

Viewings are confirmed by phone, email and text message. You have a login to our systems to monitor your viewings.

 

ginger carry out accompanied viewings with a relaxed comprehensive property tour.

We ask you to leave the property in our tender care. We arrive in good time to prepare the home, set the lighting, quick tidy, smooth the soft furnishings.. set the scene.

 

We dont rush our viewings, we want your potential buyers to enjoy and maximize their experience, check the cupboard space, have a sit down and ask questions.

 

Present a detailed, stylish property brochure to potential buyers as a reference and to make notes.

 

We offer open home events too where appropriate, and with our 'Stem ginger' package our events include drinks and snacks and extra benefits.

 

Our team will give you immediate initial feedback, then follow up the viewing and give you honest and constructive feedback.

With ginger property, you enjoy the services of our home-stylist photographer, chosen for their bespoke approach. Not only do we take stunning pictures of your property, but we like to capture your home in action with lifestyle images. All images are edited by the studio team and presented to you for approval prior to publication. These images are deployed accross a wide range of media from websites to social media.

Drone Photography


We use locally based CAA licenced pilots to fly drones which capture high quality videos and images outside your property as well as inside the house. Our film industry experts produce high quality video presentations of all around your home. With today’s buyers using the internet far more to find their next home, they demand more online tools at their fingertips, especially video to appreciate a real life feel for your property.

3D Floor plans


Using the latest 3D floor plans we map your property to convey a sense of proportion to your potential buyers. Our providers software even allows buyers to place articles of furniture into the map to visualise how things fit. We can even add a 3D walkthrough of your home.
